The staff are efficient and excellent co-operating, managed the parking on site. The hotel has romantic and brand-new rooms with the modern design, the bedroom, balcony.

Booked a room with balcony. The staff were attentive and best all the time. The location was strategic and exceptionally nice, near to everything with easy access to shopping malls and a market.

The hotel was fancy and stylish with magnificent location close to the sea and many famous seafood restaurant, main attractions and all famous places. The staff were caring and helpful all of the time. The room was neat, new-fashioned, the bed was comfortable. We had a private balcony, TV, and an electric kettle.

Parking can be a challenge during peak periods.

I took the most expensive suite but was given 1)broken shower, 2)a call in the wee hours in the morning to shift my car, 3)house keeping was incomplete with trash not cleared, 4)house keeping service was not available after normal hours. I could not get a wine opener until next afternoon! 5) huge roaches 6) stove w/o gas 7) pantry with stove but no pan 8) no water given on the 2nd day. Cleanliness - Bath Towel was dirty, there is yellow stain on it. Amenities - Room Booked for 4pax(Family Rooms) but less amenities(Shower gel, shampoo, soap) was placed in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The room was well maintained and the cleanliness was impeccable. I was pleased with the hotel facilities that were available to me during my stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the local attractions that I wanted to visit. The hotel also boasted a great breakfast selection that I thoroughly enjoyed. my stay at this hotel was an enjoyable experience.

1) uncomfortable bed 2) morning breakfast that is not that delicious & not in a proper serving condition 3) insufficient parking spaces & additional parking lot is located on the opposite road which look dangerous for pedestrian. 4) price of rm232 per nite seems to be an over-rated price

staff were friendly, got a carpark slot in front of the hotel by staying in the presidential suite. aircon is very cold.

We had a very good experience. It was an excellent modern and really cute hotel in an extremely comfortable area, not far from melaka for a short trip as well as bandar hilir. The staff was helpful, provided good services and helped with free parking.

Spotlessly clean and fancy hotel with strategic and peaceful location near to police station, just what I needed. Loved the room with 1 large bed, my bed was comfortable. Location : the property was very close to all historical places and shopping malls as well as Dataran Pahlawan. Again, the hotel offered 15-minutes direct walk to Dataran Pahlawan. Had a really good stay here.
